Hi Joey, the soup sounds delicious and your photos are incredibly beautiful. Couldn't be more appropriate for this season!I also like the quotes!
Your B&W photos are very dramatic! That soup sounds delicious especially for a cold fall day.

Joey, it really is November but we have been quite mild here in the Chicago area. I just made Oxtail soup on the weekend but I have black bean soup in the freezer. Your black and white sounds very tasty with the herbs.

Sweetums, as much as I admire your photography, I'll have to look at these icy photos with one eye closed. I'm just not looking forward to what's coming next—brrr.

But I'm so ready to welcome your awesome Black/White Soup!
I love the first photo montage! Gorgeous black and white!

No snow here in November in Ohio and not long till December. Like you, our leaves are either down or falling down but mostly down.

I like the shadows in the b&w photo.

I seem to have lost the comment I left.

Our trees have lost their leaves or are in the process of losing them now. Most are on the ground.

I like the black and white photos and the shadows they leave.

You are a dear, Patsi, and thank you. This is a dream of mine ... someday!!!

How kind, Cat, and thank you. I do so love this (in all seasons) struggling photogenic tree.

Thanks, Kala! You are always so kind with your comments.

Thank you, EE (Diana) ... exactly as I had hoped someone would see!

Lucky here regarding snow so far too, Abe. Almost all the leaves have fallen but still a November golden glow with those remaining. Thank you.

I love how you put your photos together in that top mosaic - like a window view into a window. The b&w of the before/after serves to highlight the starkness of the coming season. Very nicely done, joey !

A delicious sounding recipe that even I should be able to master.

I find the black & white photos relaxing to look at....a break from the lushness of summer.

Happy Thanksgving to you and your family, Joey. I'll be thinking of you during the football game. The green and gold should be very afraid of the silver and blue.
