Sometime since I've been in the garden
I've looked up through the trees at the sky
and I have had a strange feeling of being happy
as if something were pushing and drawing and making me breathe fast.
Magic is always pushing and drawing
and making things out of nothing.
Everything is made out of Magic,
leaves and trees, flowers and birds, badgers and foxes
and squirrels and people.
So it must be all round us.
In this garden ~ in all the places.

What a wonderful quote. It's so true!
Your angels are lovely. I have several angels to watch over my garden as well. Everything is beautiful this year, so they are doing a great job
Hello Ann ... glad to hear your summer is going well. I do believe that angels watch over us, beside us in the garden then never far away, hovering over us wherever we go.

Sometimes it does seem as if there's magic in the garden. I just had a caladium magically appear!
I was trying to remember why Frances Hodgson Burnett's name sounded so familiar--isn't she the one who wrote The Secret Garden? I've always wanted to create my own "secret garden."
Welcome spookydragonfly and thank you. Do hope you'll return.
Thanks Brenda. Alway a joy to see you again.
Beautifully written, Jane Marie. Thank you.
Yes Frances Hodgson Burnett did indeed write The Secret Garden, Rose. Hooray for your caladium! Secrets abound in the loveliest places!
