____

2 10-oz. package frozen leaf spinach

2 Tbsp. butter

1 finely chopped medium onion

1 finely chopped clove garlic

1 quart milk

  • Finely chop spinach and blend into milk mixture with whisk. Bring to second boil before serving. May be made ahead and reheated, the flavor better after standing several hours.

I must be missing something, gmg ... I'm hunting for your Cow Parade ... always fun to hear from you. I'm 'trotting' not too far from home, posting from the lake house only 3+ hours away. Tons of snow and tomorrow heading to view elk ... a dinner and sleigh ride.
I am not much a fish or spinach eater but I do love the flower pictures. There is something timeless and classic about African Violets.

You have been posting some other great photos recently. The collages are really beautiful.
